SHIPPING & RETURNS
In stock items are sent using either, BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC, depending upon your pin code, and should be with you within 2 to 5 working days. For items with "Ships after" date on their respective product description page on this website will be shipped as per the shared timeline. We reserve the right to use whichever delivery service we like, without informing you of a change first. We aim to despatch all packages within 1 working day of your order (excluding weekends) for in-stock items. However, during busy periods this time-frame maybe longer.

Return & Exchange Policy
We only issue refund if your order isn't dispatched AND your order was paid via RazorPay payment gateway. Please note that orders containing products with a "Ships after" date on their respective product description page on this website do not qualify for refund after 24 hours of placement of the order. Once your order is cancelled, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We levy a cancellation fee of 4% in order to cover transaction charges imposed by the payment gateway for payment & refund transactions. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In case if your order is damaged and/or not working as expected, you can contact us at email@example.com, and if your replacement is accepted, we will initiate our replacement process for you. Please note that, replacement is subject to availability of the product. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive replacement information via email and/or SMS, as per your preferences. Please remember it can take some time for us to process your replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
